1. ) Where is your pottery made?
2. ) Is your pottery microwave safe?
Yes, our pottery is oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. It is also Lead free
3. ) Will I receive the exact product pictured?
No, due to the unique, handmade nature of our products and processes each item will vary in color, shape and size, they will be close but not exact.
4. ) How long will it take to receive my item?
Our standard shipping method will either USPS Parcel, USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground. Depending on what is ordered and when.
5. ) What if I don’t have paypal to pay?
That is perfectly fine, please give us a call and we can take a credit card over the phone to process your order.
6. ) How long will it take to ship my item?
We do our best to keep every item in stock in every color. Orders should ship within 1-3 days. If we do not have the item in stock it could take 1-2 weeks to get the order out.
7. ) I am not comfortable using the internet, can I order over the phone?
Absolutely! We want to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns or would like to speak to someone give us a call and we will gladly help in anyway.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as 'delivered' when the package reaches your local post office. These packages are typically delivered the next business day or can be picked up from your local post office.
